We started the MF 8S project with a blank page. It was based on the global "Voice of the customer" study; an in-depth, face-to-face interview with customers and operators from several countries around the globe.
Key feedback from you as a customer highlighted the need for comfort, ease of use, good value for money, excellent reliability, intuitive and convenient controls, efficiency for maximum ground power, 100% connectivity and the ability to work with more demanding implements.
It was an exciting and aspirational project for all involved and an opportunity to build on Massey Ferguson's strong heritage of streamlined, reliable machinery.
The result: a Massey Ferguson tractor for a new era. MF 8S.

Front axle and cabin suspension improves ride comfort, and the new MF vDisplay digital dashboard provides all the necessary information immediately.

The capacity to work faster with the most demanding implements
Up to five distributor valves at the rear and three at the front, including the front lifter and integration of the "Power Beyond" system, along with high-lift tie rods.
The hydraulic system offers the ability to work faster with an extremely wide range of implements, while increasing versatility.

MF Guide provides centimeter and other meter subdivision accuracy, improving economy by reducing overlap, with a range of Novatel or Trimble receivers and correction signals.
MF Section Control minimizes overlaps by controlling sections by 12%, and MF Rate Control adjusts the application rate on the fly, reducing the number of essential interventions.
MF Connect telemetry helps you manage fleet performance by remotely accessing real-time machine data to monitor and analyze operational information from the MF 8S machine.
MF TaskDoc™ and MF TaskDoc™ Pro securely generate and transfer detailed job records between the field and the office.
Datatronic 5 9" touchscreen terminal for tractor functions, ISOBUS, MF Guide, MF Section Control and MF Rate Control, with intuitive operation for higher precision farming.
Optional Fieldstar 5 terminal offers the convenience of another touchscreen display, creating an easy-to-use, high-precision farming package.
