The 4.4-liter, 4-cylinder AGCO Power engine complies with Stage V emissions standards, using the compact "All in one" exhaust aftertreatment system (DOC+SCR+SC).

All models offer more power with reduced fuel and AdBlue consumption. A turbocharger with an electronic dump valve greatly improves performance and reduces emissions. Also, the Super Eco transmission for road works, the Eco PTO speed and the automatic engine speed at idle, reduce costs and fuel consumption.

Operation in Super Eco mode reaches 40km/h at a low-speed of 1530 rpm, contributing to a significant reduction in fuel consumption and increasing comfort while driving. Perfect combination of engine and transmission for maximum efficiency.

A wide range of hydraulic systems offer flow rates from 58 to 110 liters/min from open center or load sensing systems. Speed ​​up operations with the new front lifter design. Which offers lifting capacities of up to 3000kg (+17% compared to the previous range), with a dedicated control valve and two distributor valves, while the rear lifter, more powerful, lifts to 5,900kg (+14% compared to the range previous). A new front axle with suspension offers superior comfort, an improved turning radius and an increased total vehicle weight of 9,500 kg. MF 5S can safely transport and handle larger loads, to operate wider machines at higher speeds. Speed Steer further improves field performance, allowing easier and faster tighter turns at the end of the row (4m radius).

 Best-in-class visibility of up to 4m in front of the tractor, above the slim dashboard and narrow hood with sloping nose, combines with excellent maneuverability and a choice of three hydraulic systems to provide an exceptional level of pressure, flow, and response. The Power Control lever on the left changes direction of travel, changes gears and selects neutral, while a choice of joysticks operates the loader and also changes direction of travel and gears. 

MF 5S tractors are available now with loaders fitted from the factory or can be ordered and prepared later for the loader, with only the mounting of the loader arms and implement required.
