Precea precision air seeder

AMAZONE will introduce the Precea 3000 rigid precision air seeder with a working width of 3 m and the telescopic Precea 4500-2 with a working width of 4.5 m in the first step. The singling can either be mechanically or electrically driven.  The Precea Super precision air seeder is equipped with the ElectricDrive electric drive, in which each over-pressure singling unit is driven separately by an electric motor. The seed rate can thus be adjusted very easily on the terminal. Driving speeds of up to 15 km/h are possible with the electric drive.

Precise singling is at the heart of the Precea. Metering is provided by overpressure. The seed and the entire metering unit are pressurized by a blower fan. Three strippers ensure that any excess seeds are removed, in order to prevent doubles. This results in very accurate singling, even at high driving speeds up to 15 km/h.

The Precea 3000-A precision seeder is only available with an electric drive and an interface for the QuickLink quick-release coupling system. The Precea 3000-ACC is combined with an AMAZONE soil tillage unit by the QuickLink quick-release coupling system. The Precea can be mounted on a KX or KG rotary cultivator, and the maize sowing can be combined with seedbed preparation in a single pass. The QuickLink quick-release coupling system allows for rapid separation of the Precea and the soil tillage unit without the need for tools.
