Designed for large-scale arable farms and service providers, MF IDEAL is complete, connected, with unique new features, excels in any area and offers high grain and straw quality, high productivity, ultra-fast operation, outstanding driver comfort, plus efficiency and total control.
Now the optional MF IDEALdrive ensures even more comfort and greater work efficiency. The conventional steering wheel is replaced by the IdealDrive steering joystick for effortless handling, quick head-of-row turns and an unobstructed view of the header.
Exceptional quality grains and straw
MF IDEAL's low-compression, extra-long rotors gently process the crop avoiding grain damage and leaving straw in excellent condition.
The Dual Helix system (double rotors) of the MF IDEAL 8 and MF IDEAL 9 enjoys one of the largest available main counter beater surfaces – a large 1.66 m². Even at high working speeds and in high-yielding crops grain losses remain low, so most end up in the grain tank.
The gentle action separates the grain from the chaff with minimal damage to deliver a clean, superior quality grain.
Easy to use
The new optional IDEALharvest™ self-tuning feature makes life easier for the operator.
Using the grain quality viewing camera and unique acoustic sensors around the combine, an extremely simple dashboard can be displayed on the Tech Touch terminal or within the SmartConnect™ app, which allows the operator to choose a combination of quality, performance, and purity of grain samples for his harvest.
The machine then precisely adjusts, by itself, the speed of the rotors, the speed of the fan and the opening of the sieves.
Activities on the slope
MF IDEAL combines are equipped with the unique IDEALbalance™ grain tray system.
With no additional moving parts, the combination of the two specially shaped trays under the rotor is unaffected by slopes of up to 15%, so the grain mix is placed in exactly the right position for the inclined plane, sieve house and fan to produce samples of clean grains with a high yield.
Waste management
The MF IDEAL combine makes incorporation easier as the new chopper design allows material to be spread more evenly over a wider area as the ShortCut chopper's material distribution can match the full width of the header or even more than 12m using the unique ActiveSpread feature, with low energy requirement.
Cabin with visibility, ultra-quiet
A cabin that combines space, comfort, visibility, silence, ease of use and connectivity for a more productive work environment.
One of the quietest cabs on the market, it has a noise level of just 74dB and comes with premium features to ensure comfortable operation – including a ventilated seat, easy-to-use controls and detailed performance monitoring, an iPad holder, a phone holder, and many other useful features.
A new way of harvesting
IDEALdrive is unique - it gives operators an unprecedented level of control over the machine as well as a clear, superb view of the header.
A joystick on the left armrest controls the steering, replacing the conventional steering wheel, while the multifunction joystick on the right changes speed and direction of travel.
